You will need to be to set up 45 minutes before your shift opens on Guy's patio. Full electricity, water available. Bring enough food for 200 plus orders. You must have a unique dish that you will only serve here. There will be a fridge onsite. Any food you do not use, must be removed the end of your shift. You will be able to park on vehicle in the garage or have a 1 vehicle validated for parking. This is a highly visible food truck spot with media attention. Please make sure your staff and truck represents you.
