Vendors must have a King County health permit, a Mercer Island fire permit and submit a COI with the additional insured as: Yellow Wood Academy at 9655 SE 36th St #101, Mercer Island, WA 98040 Trucks can book (as often as every other) Wednesdays from 11am to 1pm.
