The new Riverside Business Park development consists of two buildings, on a 10.5 acre site. Building A is fully leased to Northwest Aerospace Technologies (NAT) with roughly 200-employees, next door is Motor Trucks and FedEX . Food truck vendors will serve Mondays from 11am to 1pm, and park next to their manufacturing area (the bay doors side of the facility) OR outside of their lobby (this is the river side). Vendors must have a City of Everett business license, a Snohomish health permit and provide a COI: NORTHWEST AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES / Zodiac at 415 Riverside Rd, Everett Wa 98201.
